Oscar Hotel
A modern, 5-storey, purpose built property, this hotel and its annex - Oscar II - were refurbished in 1999-2000, with many new features added. The lobby is medium sized with granite floors, light coloured wooden furniture and curtains and stained glass windows. The rooms are medium sized and pleasantly decorated, once again, with light wooden furniture. The private bathrooms are in very good condition. The hotel features a rooftop garden with swimming pool, called the Appolol, from which views of the Acropolis and the Parthenon can be enjoyed. The Restaurant Dionysus, is spacious and serves international and Greek dishes. In general this is a central, modern hotel offering good rates all year round. |
