Rio Hotel Location

The hotel Rio is located on a quiet pedestrian street in Karaiskaki Square, close to the metro station ‘Metaxourghio’. It is 10 minutes walk from Syntagma Square and 35kms from the Eleftherios Venizelos airport. The port of Peiraeus can be accessed within 15 minutes on the metro. Small cafes and restaurants surround the hotel.

Rio Hotel Description

The hotel Rio is a neo-classical building that has been restored. It houses 44 rooms that spread over 4 floors. The guestrooms are en suite bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite television, radio, direct dial phone, hairdryer and mini-bar. The rooms are simply but comfortably furnished and decorated. On the ground floor, adjacent to the reception area is the coffee/ bar area. The Restaurant is also situated on the ground floor and serves Greek specialities. In general, the hotel is well located and offers budget style accommodation.
